All healthcare services are provided solely by the clinic you choose.
2. No Clinical Relationship with Zooko
Use of Zooko does not create:
- A doctor–patient relationship
- A healthcare provider–patient relationship
- Any clinical duty of care owed by Zooko
Any healthcare relationship exists only between you and the clinic.
3. Appointments & Availability
Zooko does not guarantee:
- Appointment availability
- Appointment confirmation
- Accuracy of booking times
- That a booking request will be accepted
Clinics control their schedules, services, and availability.
4. No Emergency Services
Zooko is not suitable for medical emergencies.
If you require urgent or emergency medical assistance:
- Contact local emergency services immediately
- Do not rely on Zooko for urgent care
5. Third-Party Systems
Clinics may use third-party systems (such as practice management software) to manage appointments.
Zooko is not responsible for:
- Errors or downtime in third-party systems
- Lost or delayed bookings caused by external systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zooko is not responsible for:

Zooko is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with any other product, service, or fictional character with a similar name, including "Zuko".
