- Clinics are the data controllers
- Zooko acts as a data processor, handling information on the clinic's behalf
For clinic account and platform usage data, Zooko acts as a data controller.

Clinics may use third-party practice management systems (PMS).
Zooko may transmit your information to these systems at the clinic's direction to create or manage appointments.
Zooko is not responsible for third-party systems or their privacy practices.
8. Data Storage & Security
Zooko uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including:

- Encrypted connections
- Restricted access controls
No system is completely secure, and Zooko cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clinics may retain your information in accordance with their own policies.
